Women’s Authority and Visibility in Our Religious Communities

As women and theologians of Islam, Christianity and Judaism we claim a certain form of authority in speech and acts. Which sort of authority do we need, do we want, do we (already) have? What means ‘genderjustice’ in our different contexts? Which form of authority do I personally strive for (with role plays)? Which strategies can help in different situations? Which role models of strong women in the holy scriptures or in oral tradition do we have?
